Does not matter where you are in your journey, this one-day workshop is all about realigning you with the highest version of YOU. Think of it as a mini retreat for yourself do dive deep, get clear, and take determined action. Maria has been called a fabulous creatress of healing experiences. She has a gift of bringing women together and creates sacred spaces so that all that attend can do some deep healing work. Through mindful exercises and processes, Maria brings you this transformative work which offers you tools to make the changes necessary in order to live a more awakened life.

This magical container will be curated to provide deep awakenings to accelerate your inner growth and teach you how to hack lack and fear-based mentality which often leads to high anxiety and depression. The work we will do together will deepen your connection to yourself, your desires, and to your dreams. Think of it as a transmission to upgrade your thinking and the way you perceive life.

Meet Maria…

Maria Brito is a women’s empowerment coach born and raised in Puerto Rico and has made her home in Huntsville, Alabama. Lovingly called by her closest as Mama Maria, she is also known as a soulful shadow walker. Her focus is assisting women in the journey to connect to what needs to be healed within in order to create space for what they want to manifest. She believes that we all have the magnificence to provide healing to our own bodies. Through her programs and workshops, she provides women with tools to empower themselves to be the "cura" (healing) for their inner shrines. Maria is also a certified RYT-500 yoga instructor and educator in the lineage of Tantric and Kundalini yoga. She infuses her workshops with ancient practices and tools which assist her clients in dealing with anxiety, depression and fear-based mentality. She is a certified trauma-release Breathwork facilitator. Her programs and retreats are infused with a high dose of self-love and have been described as life-changing, transformational, motivational, raw and deep.

Meet Cristina Rivera Miro

Leading a Delicious Sound Bath to clear our minds and find deep inner peace

Cristina has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching for 13 years. Her favorite style of yoga to teach is Ashtanga and to practice is Yin. From a very young age, she was drawn to a spiritual way of life and the connection between mind and body. She loved yoga from the first try. It was the flow and meditative qualities of the Ashtanga practice that captured her heart. Although she had no intention of teaching yoga as she was preparing to be a lawyer, she wanted to immerse herself in training to deepen her own personal practice. Little did she know that the universe had other plans. Since 2009 she has studied with different renowned teachers and is always learning and expanding her experience and knowledge. She is certified to teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Rocket, Kids Yoga, Pilates, bootybarre, Aquaerobics and Zumba! She founded Be Yoga Puerto Rico with her sister Carola in 2015. As this educational project has evolved, so have her teachings and practice. Today Cristina specializes in working one on one as a personal trainer. She works with athletes and the general community using physical conditioning, electromuscular stimulation, yoga and Pilates practices, and mindfulness as tools to help assess and work with her clients. In this way she manages to foster a greater sense of awareness and balance in the body and mind. Cristina is also a lawyer-notary and a celebrant of marriages.

Meet Charma Aviles

Charma’s passion for music and dance led her to inmerse and study folkore from Puerto Rico, Cuba and Brazil amongst others. She has been teaching for the last 12 years and sharing what has become her healing journey through movement.

Charma is a firm believer in the power of dancing and playing in community. It is a portal to connect mind, body and spirit in a way that brings joy . A way to access our strength, our divinity and our wellbeing.

Meet Zhenya Glorka

Leading a Sacred Tea Ceremony to connect with the ceremonialist within ourselves

Zhenya Glorka combines two passions in her heart: the magic of hand-making international clothes and the art of Tea.

You will have an opportunity to have an aesthetically beautiful tea ceremony with Zhenya, which she will base on a traditional Chinese gong-fu style tea artistry.

Preparing and sharing a cup of tea in a ceremonial setting is a profound, grounding and a truly healing experience.

You will also have an opportunity to explore and shop her handmade creations at Casa Grande Boutique.

Zhenya’s heart desire is to expand awareness in offering ethical, planet-loving and sustainable clothing and to always give back to the community.

Her brand Glorka runs a few women empowerment projects in different countries. You can learn about the magic of crafting in the circles of women around the world and will be able to obtain your own Ceremonial or Initiation gown while supporting tribal women and giving back to community.

Meet Paola A. Lopez

Providing Private Photography Sessions Capturing Your Essence (extra cost applies)

Paola is a divine holistic photographer. In her sessions she uses different dynamics so that together with her muse, she is able to connect with nature and with her purest essence.

This session is more than photographs being taken. Paola guides you through a journey to become more present with yourself, to let go and release so that you can set free that empowered divine energy that lies within yourself, which is your true divinity.
